The commissioner has to be at the age of consent to agree to my ToS and commit to a purchase. Customers who violate the ToS shall be blacklisted depending on the gravity.

I do allow partial payments for big commissions & let me know in advance & we can make a payment plan together.
Refunds:
Refunds can be done only if the commission has not begun. Transaction fees cannot be refunded.
Once I have started on the commission, no refunds are allowed---------------------------For model Illustrations and designs:
The deadline is 1-3 weeks
I stop making changes after you accept the sketch idea---------------------------Vtuber commisons:
live2d models/rigs could take up to 3 months.
live2d creature models or chibi could take up to 1 months.
In the vtuber model prices are already included the rights to: stream with it, make merch out of the DESIGN I made for you, but not using the model art itself directly.
Reselling models I have drawn/rigged is not allowed even if you no longer wish to use them.
If you run into any issues with the model and its cutting or rendering that could effect the rigging please contact me! I will fix it free of charge.
You can order an outfit design from another artist for your model and give me as reference
you will receive your finished work via email or google drive.
I don't work on 2D Model Art without a clear reference of the character (unless you are not ordering a design from me)
